"I signed up for a personal training program at NYSC, and I was assigned to Libby as my trainer. Because I am seventy years old with one arthritic knee, I was interested in balance and flexibility training above all. I really lucked out with Libby. She prepared meticulously for every session, offered cogent explanations for what we were doing and why, kept records of what we did in every session and offered “you can do this at home too” modifications of some of our sets. I think that as a result of our sessions I gained mobility, flexibility and strength. Even while the NYSC has been closed these past weeks, Libby has conscientiously reached out with fitness tips.
